Sales Consultant

Job Title: Sales Consultant 
Location: Kwazulu-natal

Job Purpose:

Providing excellent customer service to clients, perform all activities associated with selling, stocking and ordering merchandise. The incumbent is target driven in order to reach maximum sales.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Shop/ Store Maintenance:

- Participate in the day-to-day running of the store

- Ensure the store and displays are clean and tidy at all times

- Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock on manager’s instruction

- Replenishing shelves

- Assist with regular stock checks and stock takes

- Assist in changing displays of shop stock

- Being vigilant at all times and help minimize stock loss

b) Sales/ Transactions:

- Operating the till and accurately handling cash/ card transactions under Manager’s supervision or instruction
