Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ travel needs and design custom itineraries
• Provide travel advice and close sales to meet targets
• Coordinate with team members to deliver excellent tour experiences
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up promptly

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
• Experience in travel sales preferred
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Chinese speaking (Mandarin) is compulsory, able to communicate in English & Malay as well
• Customer-oriented, detail-minded & target-driven
• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends)
