The Administrative Executive will provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development Department. The role includes managing documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day department operations.
What you will be doing- Provide full administrative support to the BD team
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements. (eg. whiteboard markers, files)
- Assist with hardcopy and softcopy documentation control, filing, scanning and updating including email correspondence
- Support onboarding arrangements for new team members
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Project team, Company Secretary and other departments
- Updating CIO’s client databases (name cards)
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis
- Daily internet news search for articles...
