Opportunity Description
**Description:**
The Sales Coordinator supports the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms. This role ensures prompt and courteous service to both internal and external clients while assisting the Sales Managers and Director of Group Sales with administrative and operational tasks.
**This role is an on-property role.**
**Key Responsibilities**
o Lead catching, qualifying & building the booking (All lead sources)
o Compile and maintain sales kits
o Assist with arranging site visit details. Including but not limited to coordinating transportation, dining reservations, amenities along with creation and distribution of site visit information
o Assist in gathering VIP amenity preferences and submitting orders into hotel’s amenity system for personalized welcome amenities and welcome cards
