Assist the sales team in daily operations, including preparing sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Maintain and update customer records, sales reports.

Track sales leads, follow up on pending inquiries and ensure timely responses to customers.

Serve as the point of contact for customer queries, product information, and order updates.

Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
