Job Description

• Prepare and send detailed and accurate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers or vendors based on Sales Department requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to support Sales activities and ensure timely execution of sales processes.
• Draft, review, and manage Memorandum of Agreement (MOAs) and other sales‑related contracts.
• Monitor, track, and maintain the status, validity, and progress of all active and pending MOAs.
• Prepare and issue Delivery Receipts (DRs) for delivered goods or rendered services.
• Compile, record, and maintain summaries of all issued Delivery Receipts for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Organize, manage, and maintain proper documentation of quotations, MOAs, delivery receipts, and other sales records.
