Position Overview The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational supportto ensure smooth office and business functions within a trading companyenvironment. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, andWord, along with strong organizational skills to support daily operations inthe manufacturing and trading industry. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook. Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports. Prepare quotations and contracts for machines, tooling, and spare parts. Support trading operations by liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
