Opportunity Description
Position : Sales Coordinator Location : Henderson Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration : 1 Year Contract (Possibility to extend or convert to Permanent) Industry : Cryogenic Equipment
Responsibilities: Prepare customer quotations and follow up when required Process customer purchase orders and place orders with suppliers Confirm order details, including pricing and lead time Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers and logistics partners Monitor delivery status and ensure timely updates Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or order processing Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
