Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. To facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize sales performance. Support sales and marketing teams in achieving sales targets and goals.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials
3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
4. Regular updating and submission of Sales Report, SO and actual sales total and per agent (Daily, weekly and monthly extraction from SAP)
5. Store and sort sales data in electronic form and present reports thru SAP system
