Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and order-related documents.
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain sales records and MIS reports in Excel.
