We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to identify and engage prospective clients

+ Qualify inbound and outbound leads and determine next steps for the sales process

+ Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members

+ Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems

+ Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and drive pipeline growth
