**Sales Development Representative – Kansas City Headquarters**
**Compensation & Benefits**
+ **Base Salary + Uncapped Commission**
+ **$85K–$100K OTE Year One**
+ **$25K year end bonus (must qualify)**
+ **Multiple Reps in this position make $500k+**
+ **$140K+ Year Two**
+ **$250k + Year 3 and up**
