Sales Development Representatives
Location: London / Hybrid 3 days per week in the office
Salary: Circa £35K + Excellent bonus/commission - very achievable
Role
Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech events and help build its commercial engine. This is a true hunter role - you’ll generate your own pipeline, make high-volume outbound calls, and own deals from first contact to close.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound activity (phone-first) to build pipeline
- Target fintech, payments, and financial services prospects
- Convert leads into sponsorship and attendance revenue
- Manage your pipeline and hit monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven cold calling experience and resilience
- Highly motivated by targets and commission
- Strong communication and a relentless mindset
- Interest in fintech or events
