Reach the whole sales team’s revenue targetsBuild & execute the good sales strategy as well as other sales-related policies including rate cards, discounts, rebates etc.Manage, coach & support each sales member to reach their personal revenue targetsGrow a strongly united sales teamBring high potential big clients to the sales teamBuild and maintain effective working relationships in all functions and areas of the Business. Participate in all relevant Marketing activities on product promotion.Maintain professional awareness of relevant external technical and business developments and competitor activity.REQUIREMENTS
