This is a senior leadership role, suited to a proven sales leader who can combine strategic direction with hands-on execution, and who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Director, you will:
Own and deliver the company’s new business growth strategy
Lead and manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signature
Build, mentor and performance-manage a team of Business Development Managers / Sales Executives
Develop a structured, repeatable sales process with strong CRM discipline
