Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy is in line with the overall strategy.
Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
Review marketing plans for the Company and ensure they support sales objectives effectively.
