Opportunity Description
As the Sales Education Manager **,** Curriculum Strategy, you will partner with sales and marketing leaders to assess and analyze business needs, market strategy, and training opportunities in order to drive Mako growth.
You will act as the lead subject matter expert for Mako and be responsible for developing, planning, and conducting training for new products, as well as new Mako markets, ensuring alignment with corporate training objectives. Through collaboration with marketing, R&D, usability, etc., you will develop innovative training strategies that maximize the use of technology to maintain and grow “world-class” standards.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be located within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
Relocation assistance is available for candidates who elect to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Mahwah, NJ.
