Opportunity Description
Successfully manage and execute independent Pre-Sales activities to priority business group(s) while overseeing direct report businesses and accommodating non-primary teams where applicable.
Responsibilities
- Become familiar in all critical support areas bound by SLA coverage, working as a cross-functional business partner being able to accommodate various account-based non-specialty requests for multiple business verticals.
- Become an SME in specific Pre‑Sales Enablement team offering(s) and NielsenIQ product/solution(s).
- Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization to guide sellers on best practices and ensure adherence. Work to become proficient in all RMS services (Discover, Byzzer, Data Analysis) and stay up-to-date on best practices using the tools effectively.
