As a Sales Enablement Manager supporting our international team, you'll work closely with international sales teams, their leaders, enablement peers, and cross-functional partners to execute programmes and provide ongoing training that accelerates the performance of sales professionals.
A day in the life
- Develop, facilitate, and sustain engaging and impactful training sessions and programmes (both live and on-demand) for ramped and unramped AEs, including measuring impact on performance
- Customise the sales motion for the SMB segment, including talk tracks and positioning
