Opportunity Description
Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Sales Engagement Programs Analyst.
What You'll Do
Support the Sales Enablement team with day-to-day operations, including performance metrics tracking, data maintenance across systems and tools, digital tool assignments, and ad hoc LMS requests.
Assist Sr Manager, Onboarding, Strategy & Programs in planning, execution and continuous improvement of key Engagement programs such as President's Club, Golden Ion and Sales Conference that recognize and reward top sellers across NAS, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization in key initiatives.
Provide support as needed on NAS strategic leadership metrics and presentations.
Job Responsibilities
Organize and maintain Sales Enablement internal data related to team performance and metrics.
Monitor the Sales Enablement mailbox and support issue resolution.
