Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate pipeline reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales technical queries
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the technical and operations team
