Degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. 3-5+ years of experience in technical B2 B sales or industrial marketing. Able tomeet sales targets and grow market share. Confidence in managing long-cycle sales and complex, technical client engagements. Experience in thermal systems, steam, or hot water or similar Strong communication, negotiation, and solution-selling skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with CRM systems. Willing to travel nationally and internationally
Key Responsiblties:
Build and manage lasting client relationships , from first contact to final contract.
Identify and grow opportunities in capital-intensive sectors with long project cycles.
Lead technical solution development , working closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
Review specs, design custom proposals, and ensure tech-meets-commercial fit .
