Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
  • Handle day‑to‑day customer communication and follow‑ups.
  • Track and manage the full sales cycle: RFQ, quotation, order, and project progress.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare regular updates on customer status and business progress.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Degree background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
  • Proficiency speaking Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
