Sales channel management, clear direction and target set for local business partners (LBP) based on Emerson KOB3 strategy.
KOB3 funnel management to ensure accurate SOP numbers, achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets.
Working with LBPs for account management plan development and follow-up to develop long-term cooperation mode with customers
Process development by working with internal/external teams for KOB3 work standardization.
Booking numbers monitoring and analyzing for business plan development
Working with LBPs and internal teams for on-site issue solving
Other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
