Job Description
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, and receive purchase orders from clients.
- Discuss with customers and seek customers' requirements. Cooperating with the technical engineer.
- Prepare and present technical presentations to explain products and services to prospective customers.
- Recommend a proper design or suggest something to satisfy the customer's requirement.
- Support customer production while trying our products at the paper mill.
- Collaborate with the mill to ensure the customer's needs
- In case of any concern, negotiate with the customer and seek a friendly resolution.
- Exchange information between group companies.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Pulp and Paper Technology or related Engineering.
