Opportunity Description
Job brief We are currently partnering with our client — a global leader in automated optical inspection (AOI) and related equipment — to recruit a Sales Engineer. This role will lead the sales efforts for PCBA/SMT/AOI, semiconductor packaging and testing, X-ray, dispensing, and related equipment, driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building a strong client base in the assigned region/country.
Responsibilities
Independently conduct business negotiations, manage the full sales cycle (quotations, contract signing, and order follow-up), and execute regional/national sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and cultivate clients in the assigned region, deeply understand their production needs, coordinate internal resources to provide technical support and aftersales services, and strengthen client relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
