Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
