Responsibilities

:
  • Identify and secure new customers across Auckland and the Lower North Island.
  • Drive growth against clear regional targets.
  • Maintain a strong field presence.
  • Manage and grow existing customers within the territory.
  • Strengthen retention through proactive engagement and service delivery.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage territory pipeline, forecasting and CRM accuracy.
  • Work alongside wider team across NZ and Fresh divisions.
  • Maintain strong internal alignment with Sales leadership.

  • About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in both new business development and account management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage territory performance.
  • Autonomous and comfortable covering a broad region.
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or fresh produce sectors preferred.
