Sales Executive fitout

Identify and generate new sales leads in the decor and fit-out market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B and B2C). Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and fit-out solutions. Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project needs. Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for execution. Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after‑sales service. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competitors. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
