Kitchen Appliance Industry.
They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the
East area
- easily accessible. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth and achieve monthly retail sales targets through effective management of the retail sales channel. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence. Conduct sales training for dealers' sales teams, covering retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management. Analyze the strengths and gaps within the dealer network to effectively assign tasks to sales and marketing executives. Oversee sales administration and monitor individual as well as team sales performance.
