Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and cold calling.
• Promote and sell memberships to prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals as per company policies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
