Overview
Haleon Sales Executive – Independent Pharmacies is responsible for driving sales growth for our consumer healthcare brands within a specific territory, ensuring product availability and in-store visibility.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve quarterly and annual target for the assigned area within the trade spend guidelines.
- Develop good working and business relationships with outlets, negotiate for sales and promotions, and improve merchandising.
- Establish desirable distribution and sell‑out for all products in line with marketing policy in trade.
- Execute in‑store/trade executions and promotions in accordance with guidelines.
- Continuously provide the best services to our customers to ensure quality customer service.
- Maximize sales, maintain healthy inventory and ensure stock hygiene.
