As a Sales Executive, you will build strong, lasting relationships with customers, identify their needs, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience that reflects Polestar’s values and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities (FI&P).
- Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries.
- Maximise retention and renewal opportunities.
- Support customers throughout the full sales journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes.
