Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new businesses lead through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR, ER, IR, and compliance services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow through on all sales leads. • Draft and present tailored proposals and quotations in alignment with service offerings.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with HR consultants to stay informed on service offerings and industry developments.
