Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Our client, well known Japanese company, is currently looking for the position of
Sales Executive (Real Estate).
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with prospective customers for sales purpose. Promote sales through advertisements. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.). Arrange viewings and provide detail information to customers about properties. Intermediate negotiation processes, client (buyer side) on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing. Effectively answer customer inquiry. Determine resident' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements
