Job Description
- Identify and acquire F&B merchants within your assigned areas via on-ground visits and calls to achieve monthly KPI targets, with commission incentives tied to performance.
- Actively approach and pitch ShopeeFood to high-potential merchants to join the platform, expanding coverage within your assigned area.
- Maintain and update your sales pipeline to track merchant outreach, progress, and conversions.
- Ensure timely submission of merchant onboarding documents and required reports.
- Gather and share market feedback from merchants and competitors to help improve ShopeeFood’s offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and follow-through after sign-up.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned as business expands.
