Sales Executive

Are you a hunter at heart with an interest in the fast-moving world of workforce solutions?

At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we’re looking for a Sales Executive. This is a pure sales role — you won’t be doing recruitment yourself. Your focus is on opening doors, building relationships, generating demand, and winning new logos.

You’ll be:

• Proactively identifying and securing new clients
• Driving job orders by engaging client-side hiring managers
• Spotting new companies entering the Singapore market and positioning ManpowerGroup as their recruitment partner of choice
• Partnering with our recruitment consultants to ensure smooth delivery once job orders are secured

We’re looking for someone with:

• 1–3 years of experience in solutions-based selling
