On Mobile is looking for a Director of Sales to lead both existing business performance and new growth across Latin America.
We're seeking a leader who can open doors and close strategic deals with top-tier telecom operators while also strengthening long-term partnerships, driving recurring revenues and improving account health across our current footprint.

This is a front-line, high impact role with direct ownership of pipeline creation, strategic account development, renewals&expansions. You will lead a distributed team of Regional Account Managers, ensuring disciplined execution across forecasting, commercial plans and operator stakeholder management.

The role will drive growth for On Mobile Digital Services, including Gaming platforms across telecom operators, by combining new customer acquisition with account management, retaining and expanding existing accounts, maximizing ARPU and delivering sustained revenue outcomes across the region.
