Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, brokers, and customer databases.
  • Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and property site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate products.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and value propositions to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate terms and facilitate deal closure in line with company policies and targets.

Customer Relationship Management
