Opportunity Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound and take inbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the PH Sales function.
• Translate growth targets into execution plans and team-level goals.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and/or Sales Representatives.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct structured performance reviews.
• Build succession readiness and leadership capability within the team.
• Own sales processes, workflows, and CRM discipline.
• Identify systemic performance gaps and implement scalable improvements.
• Ensure effective handoff between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Serve as primary PH Sales point of contact for regional and global stakeholders.
• Deliver regular performance reports with insights and corrective actions.
