Sales Head (Real Estate)

About the Role

Thogai Murugan Real Estates is hiring a Sales Head to own end-to-end sales performance across our plotted developments and villa projects spanning Karur, Erode, Namakkal, Trichy and Dindigul. You will convert marketing-generated leads into site visits and bookings while building the people, processes and systems that make this performance repeatable, measurable and scalable. Reporting to the Founder/MD, you will lead a team of 18 (1 Sales Manager, 7 Sales Executives, 10 Telecallers) across 10 active projects.

This is a head-office-based role with mandatory weekly travel across all districts and site offices (approx. 40-50% of time in the field).

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Conversion: Own monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets across all projects; improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion ratios month over month.
