- Meeting with clients and provide consultation to meet customers needs
- Conceptualize creative ideas and solutions
- Prepare proposals to meet clients requirements
- Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure smooth construction of the project
- Able to visualize concepts, drawings and explain details to clients
- Plan, design, addition and alteration and re configuration.
- Prepare construction drawings, write material specifications, and other design documentation
- Meets with vendors, suppliers and contractors. Review interior needs with the QS and vendors to determine who can provide the best service.
- Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of the client
