  • Connect with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand student aspirations, career goals, and educational requirements.
  • Explain Vedam's programs, admissions process, scholarships, and career outcomes.
  • Follow up with interested leads and nurture them throughout the admission journey.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and admission interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve student engagement.
