Role Summary

The Sales Lead – Luxury Real Estate Sales is responsible for driving high-value property sales, managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and achieving revenue targets for luxury residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong market knowledge, consultative selling skills and the ability to deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with premium brand positioning.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Lead sales for luxury residential projects, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Identify and engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI).
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
