Opportunity Description

As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:


  • Lead and manage a team of around 10 Account Managers (mix of junior and senior profiles)

  • Act as coach, and inspiration source for the team

  • Strong focus on coaching in the field

  • Provide continuous feedback and translate strategy into concrete actions

  • Focus on Flemish Brabant area

  • Drive commercial growth while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships

  • Stay close to the business

  • Maintain contact with key accounts and step in when needed

  • Report directly to the Sales Director





The successful candidate will have the following qualities:


  • At least 5 years of commercial experience

  • Proven experience managing teams

  • Strong sales mindset

  • Experience in B2B direct sales environments
