Opportunity Description
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and manage a team of around 10 Account Managers (mix of junior and senior profiles)
- Act as coach, and inspiration source for the team
- Strong focus on coaching in the field
- Provide continuous feedback and translate strategy into concrete actions
- Focus on Flemish Brabant area
- Drive commercial growth while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships
- Stay close to the business
- Maintain contact with key accounts and step in when needed
- Report directly to the Sales Director
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience
- Proven experience managing teams
- Strong sales mindset
