Opportunity Description
Sales & Business Development
· Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the companys market share in France
· Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target industries
· Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and integrators
· Manage long sales cycles involving engineering, procurement, and program teams
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close contracts in line with company margins
Account Management
· Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
· Understand customer programs, forecasts, and lifecycle needs
· Coordinate with internal engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction
· Manage contract renewals, long-term agreements, and strategic pricing programs
