Opportunity Description
Responsibilities . Identify and pursue new capital projectopportunities in the upstream oil and gas market, especially floating productionprojects such as FPSOs, FSOs and FSUs. . Build strongrelationships with owners,operators, EPCs, shipyards, OEMs, package vendors,and other project influencers. . Engage customersearly in the project lifecycle (pre-FEED, FEED, specification, and tender stages)to improve positioning and win rates. . Promote the company's products,solutions, and servicesto support projectspecifications and commercial success. . Lead and manage the project sales pipeline, ensuringhigh-quality opportunity development, regular follow-up, and accurate forecasting. . Guide and coach sales associates to improve pursuiteffectiveness, sales discipline, and execution quality. . Coordinate closelywith internal teams including applications, engineering, proposals, customerservice, operations, and management to support project pursuitactivities. .
