Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and collection targets in the assigned territory and manage Company showrooms, dealers, and hospitality customers.
- Lead business development, providing leadership to a sales team of more than 70 sales force across the Middle East (Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and North Africa.
- Design strategies for various markets – recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs, and launching new products for various segments.
- Conduct training programs for company sales staff and dealer salesmen.
- Design and implement promotional schemes and launch new products in the territory.
- Propose innovative ideas to improve business in the territory.
- Think strategically, be an effective team player, and be a good thinker and strategist.
- Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute.
