POSITION OverviewThe Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) segment, specifically in dairy and milling products. This position requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and achieving key business performance indicators (KPIs) in dynamic and competitive markets.
A key objective of this role is to identify, develop, and expand export opportunities, establishing the company’s presence in new international markets and driving sustainable export sales growth.
