Sales Manager Intermediaries 100% (f/m/d)

As Market Sales Manager at Julius Baer, you will drive the implementation of new sales activities, act as the liaison between Market Relationship Managers and central Intermediaries colleagues, and support Market, Group and Team Heads to achieve the Intermediaries region’s ambitious goals.

• Implement globally applicable sales standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Front leadership to set sales priorities, targets, and lead monthly sales meetings.
• Develop and execute market‑specific sales plans to drive financial growth.
• Ensure effective client engagement through regular check‑ins with Group and Team Heads, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and addressing challenges.
